(1+sqrt 2)^3=7+5 sqrt 2 then cubic root of (7+5 sqrt 2)=1+sqrt 2
and the other cubic root =1- sqrt2
by addition the given expression =2 = integer

السلام عليكم
شكراً لك أستاذ صلاح
وهذا توضيح الحل باللاتيك :
\LARGE\sqrt[3]{{7 + 5\sqrt 2 }} + \sqrt[3]{{7 - 5\sqrt 2 }} = \sqrt[3]{{\left( {1 + \sqrt 2 } \right)^3 }} + \sqrt[3]{{\left( {1 - \sqrt 2 } \right)^3 }} = 2
طريقة أخرى
\LARGE let\quad \sqrt[3]{{7 + 5\sqrt 2 }} + \sqrt[3]{{7 - 5\sqrt 2 }} = x
بتكعيب الطرفين
\LARGE 7 + 5\sqrt 2 + 3\sqrt[3]{{\left( {7 + 5\sqrt 2 } \right)^2 }} \times \sqrt[3]{{7 - 5\sqrt 2 }} + 3\sqrt[3]{{\left( {7 - 5\sqrt 2 } \right)^2 }} \times \sqrt[3]{{7 + 5\sqrt 2 }} + 7 - 5\sqrt 2 = x^3
\LARGE \Rightarrow \quad 14 + 3\sqrt[3]{{49 - 50}}\left( {\sqrt[3]{{7 + 5\sqrt 2 }} + \sqrt[3]{{7 - 5\sqrt 2 }}} \right) = x^3
\LARGE \Rightarrow \quad 14 - 3x = x^3 \quad \Rightarrow \quad x^3 + 3x - 14 = 0
\LARGE \Rightarrow \quad (x - 2)(x^2 + 2x + 7) = 0\quad \Rightarrow \quad x = 2
