السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته ارجو ان اكون قد وضعت الموضوع في القسم المناسب
الحقيقة انني ارغب بتنصيب برنامج office على لابتوب Eee PC علما انني استخدم ويندوز xp home edition sp3
و مع الاسف اول ما ابتدي التنصيب تضهر الرسالة الاتية :

جربت الاف المصادر للتحميل نفس النتيجة ارجو منكم ابداء ارائكم لعلي اجد حلا لمشكلتي من خلالها

شكرا لك اخي المدير على المساعدة لكن قمت بالمحاولة و الظاهر انني لا استطيع ان ادخل اي صفحة متعلقة بالمايكروسوفت هل لهذا علاقة بال automatic updates? مع العلم ان الويندوز تم تنصيبه من قبل الشركة

قم بتشغيله و إذا استمرت مشكلة عدم دخول صفحات مايكروسوفت

أخي المدير شكرا جزيلا اود ان اوضح لك ما حصل
1- يوجد انتي فيرس ESET nod32 عند تنصيب الكامبو طلب مني توقيف الانتي فيرس و فعلا قمت بذلك و تمت العملية
2- عندما احاول تنصيب windows installer تظهر لي لائحة تقول أن ال version الموجود عندي بالجهاز أحدث و لا داعي لل (update) "هذه المشكلة كانت حتى قبل تنصيب الكامبو و بعد"
3- ما زالت تظهر عندي نفس العبارة عندما اريد تنصيب ال office : the installatin of this package failed  
4- لو سمحت توضح لاخوك ما هو ال malware و هل هو برنامج يمكن حذفه ام له عملا ما؟ ثم اني لا اجده في الجهاز عذرا فلم اسمع به من قبل
اشكر مساعدتك لي و ارجو ان ترشدني او تقترح علي ماذا افعل !

SYMPTOMS
You download and try to install an update package for a 2007 Microsoft Office su...You download and try to install an update package for a 2007 Microsoft Office suite. When you do this, the update package does not install the update. Additionally, you receive the following error message:
The installation of this package failed.


CAUSE
This problem may occur when the temporary folder on the computer is encrypted. B...This problem may occur when the temporary folder on the computer is encrypted.

By default, the Microsoft Self-Extractor program extracts the installation files for the update package to the %temp% folder. The program then runs the update package's Setup program from this folder.

If the %temp% folder has been encrypted, and if you signed on to the computer by using a standard user account, the update package's Setup program cannot run. Encryption may have been enabled on this folder by the user or by certain tools such as the Microsoft Encrypting File System Assistant (EFS Assistant).


WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, you must download the update package for the 2007 O...To work around this problem, you must download the update package for the 2007 Office suite, and then manually extract and run the update package's Setup program. To do this, follow these steps.

Note These steps use the My ********s folder on the computer. If the My ********s folder is also encrypted, use a different folder in these steps.
Download the 2007 Office update package to the My ********s folder on the computer

Open the My ********s folder, and then note the Microsoft Self-Extractor file name

Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK

Type cd "%userprofile%\My ********s" and then press ENTER

Type Self-Extractor_filename.exe /extract:"%userprofile%\My ********s" and then press ENTER.

This process extracts one or more .msp installation files for the 2007 Office update package.
Close the Command Line window

In the My ********s folder, double-click each .msp file that you extracted in step 5.

Note If an .msp file is for a component that is not part of the 2007 Office suite that you installed, you receive the following warning message:
The update package cannot be installed by the Windows Installer service because the program to be updated may be missing, or the update package may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be updated exists on your computer and that you have the correct update package.

كيف؟ و من اين ؟ و انا لا استطيع حتى ان ادخل اي رابط يتعلق بالمايكروسوفت :(( هل يمكنني ان احمل الابديت من غير مكان؟

هذه الخطوة ليست ضرورية الآن (المقصود بها ظهور المشكلة عند محاولتك عمل update ) ، في حالتك هذه هي ملف التنصيب

الخطوة الاولى تمت بنجاح :
(cd "%userprofile%\My ********s" and then press ENTER)
الخطوة الثانية:
Self-Extractor_X12-30196.exe /extract:"%userprofile%\My ********s" and then press ENTER.
ظهرت لي العبارة
Self-Extractor_X12-30196.exe is not recognized as an internal or external command
هل self-Extractor هي كوماند و لم تنجح معي أم أنها جزء من اسم الملف؟ ام ماذا؟ المعذرة على الازعاج

اخي الكريم الكوماند نجحت لكن طلعتلي العبارة مرة ثانية : the installation of this package failed و كأني فتحت الملف بشكل مباشر !

ألا يوجد اي حل اخر؟
