$cos12 = \frac{-1}{8} + \sqrt{\frac{5}{8}} + \frac{1}{2}\sqrt {\frac{15}{8} + \frac{3\sqrt {5}}{8}}$

يمكن الحساب باستخدام

$cos5x=16cos^5x - 20 cos^3x + 5 cosx$

put

$cos5x = \frac{1}{2}$

then

solve for cos x using eq uation solver you will get 5 answers take the greatest of them
